What an engagement looks like

Engagements are scoped to a clear outcome — a shipped product, a migrated platform, a working operating model — not a deliverable count. We move quickly through a short discovery, agree on the destination and proof points, and then run weekly until the result is real.

I work directly with the leadership team that owns the outcome. Most engagements run 3–9 months part-time alongside your delivery teams; some are short, sharp advisory sprints. Either way you stay in the driver's seat.
